Chromebook Swap Schedule
Our tech support swap hours are changing to Mondays and Thursdays unless there is a holiday on a Monday. All distributions will be at the NPHS Bus Circle.
As of Monday, October 19, 2020, all swaps or distributions will be by appointment only. Please fill out this form to choose a date and time for your swap or device pickup.
As a reminder, if you need to swap the device for a repair, you will need to have paid the accidental damage protection. Payments can be made online, through the mail (print form), or at the distribution site. Please print and fill out this form to bring with you. Fees not paid by September 30, 2020, will result in a fee increase to $30 per child, and the family fee increases to $120. If you have a financial concern, please fill out the waiver application form.
