Chromebook Support/ Swap Process

As of Monday, December 7, 2020, the Chromebook exchange location is moving inside and will now be located in the HS Senior Cafeteria. The HS Senior Cafeteria is located in the back of the North Penn High School and is most easily accessible using the Snyder Road entrance.  Please view the map below for details and parking information.

If you have not yet paid the fee, you will need to do so before you can exchange the Chromebook.  It will expedite the process if you pay online before you come.  And please remember to bring your receipt. We cannot take credit card payments onsite, only cash or check.


Our process still requires you to sign up for an appointment.  You can use this form to sign up.  Signs will be posted to direct you when you arrive.  Please be advised that all people entering the building will be required to wear a face mask and adhere to our social distancing guidelines.  Walk-ins will not be refused but may experience longer wait times.

Technology/Chromebook Support Information

You can now contact North Penn Family Tech 7 days a week!  Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 8:30 pm; Friday 8 am - 4 pm; Saturday and Sunday daily monitoring and continued support on Sunday evening from 7-8:30 pm.  Any questions, email npfamilytech@npenn.org, and someone will assist you.

  • Please send all technology requests regarding Chromebooks and Infinite Campus issues to npfamilytech@npenn.org.

  • You can also use Live Chat through Google Hangouts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Once you enter the hangouts site, click the +New Conversation, and add npfamilytech@npenn.org. Please note, all hangouts have been set up so that there is audio only, no video.
